Abstract
For uniform linear arrays,grating lobes will appear when the distance between two adjacent sensors is beyond half the wavelength of the signal.According to traditional methods,large amount of sensors are needed to eliminate grating lobes.Sparse array technique is used to reduce sensors and high performance is achieved.Simulated annealing algorithm is applied to the design of acoustic vector sensor arrays.By optimizing the elements' position control,a directivity pattern without grating lobes is achieved.
