Abstract: Based on the directivity function,spatial directivity function and horizontal directivity of inverse conefrustum array are obtained via transferring its damage extent into weighted coefficients.Simulation analysis is performed to study the influence of amount of damaged elements on sonar directivity and the impact on sonar operation range under certain circumstance.Thus,conclusions of damage extent of elements unsuited for the demand of technical and tactical performances are drawn.
