Abstract: High intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)has received widespread attention as a great potential,noninvasive,effective tumor treatment approach.The design of HIFU therapeutic system is introduced.Characteristics of temperature field induced by HIFU for therapy are studied deeply in theory and experiment.A more accurate computational method is proposed to calculate sound field.
