Abstract: In this paper,an extraction algorithm of harmonics in fractal noise is proposed.It is based on the fact that discrete wavelet transform can serve as a whitening filter of 1/ƒ noise.Combined with adaptive self tuning filter banks,the harmonics are separated from fractal noise in wavelet domain.Simulation result shows that the fractal noise is restrained effectively and the signal to noise ratio is improved observably by using this algorithm.
