基于超声波技术的灌注桩成孔检测系统研究

Research on Borehole Detection System for Concrete Pouring Piles Based on Ultrasonic Technology

  • 摘要: 混凝土灌注桩成孔检测是确保桩基质量的重要环节。本文针对现有检测设备测点稀疏导致的成孔质量评价困难问题,设计了一种基于超声波技术的灌注桩成孔检测系统,系统检测探头由12个高频宽带且指向性尖锐的新型扁薄小尺寸超声传感器通过分层式密集布阵形成,提升测点精度和密度。试验表明,相比传统成孔检测设备,该系统可采集高密度的孔壁轮廓点数据,支持钻孔形态三维成像,显著提升了成孔评价准确度和直观性。

     

    Abstract: Concrete piling hole detection is an important step in ensuring the quality of pile foundations. In this paper, to address the difficulty in evaluating hole quality due to the sparse measurement points of existing testing equipment, a drilled pile hole detection system based on ultrasonic technology is designed. The detection probe of the system consists of 12 high-frequency, broadband, and sharply directional ultrasonic transducers that are flat, thin, and small in size, arranged in a layered and dense array. This design improves the accuracy and density of measurement points. Tests show that compared with traditional hole inspection equipment, the system can collect high-density hole wall contour data and support three-dimensional imaging of the drilled hole morphology, thereby significantly improving the accuracy and intuitiveness of hole evaluation.
