煤炭开采智能化背景下声学技术的应用与展望

Application and Prospects of Acoustic Technology in the Context of Intelligent Coal Mining

  • 摘要: 早期危险预警、设备故障维护以及复杂环境下的信息通信既是井下煤炭开采必不可少的重要组成部分,也一直是井下煤炭开采所面临的重要挑战。声学技术因其能对井下复杂动态环境进行实时洞察且具有信息携带能力突出的特点,已成为煤炭开采智能化发展中一个富有潜力的技术领域。在这个应用背景下,本文综述了声学技术在井下煤炭开采中的智能化应用,如灾害预防与环境监测、井下人员定位、信息通信与人机交互、煤岩识别与煤矸石分选、机械设备故障诊断与监测、井下声学测量等,最后探讨了井下声学技术的热点研究领域,同时展望了未来发展方向。

     

    Abstract: The challenges of underground coal mining include early warning of dangers, equipment fault maintenance, and information communication in complex environments. Acoustic technology, with its capability to provide real-time insights into complex dynamic environments underground and its prominent information-carrying ability, has become a promising technological field in the intelligent development of coal mining. In this context, this paper overviews the intelligent applications of acoustic technology in underground coal mining, such as disaster prevention and environment monitoring, underground personnel positioning, information communication and human-computer interaction, coal-rock recognition and coal gangue separation, mechanical equipment fault diagnosis and monitoring, underground acoustic measurement and noise control, etc. Finally, the hot research areas of underground acoustic technology are discussed, and future development directions are proposed.
