基于随机空间矢量脉宽调制的电机降噪研究

Research on motor noise reduction based on random space vector pulse width modulation

  • 摘要: 当变频器采用空间矢量脉宽调制(space vector pulse width modulation ,SVPWM)控制策略进行调制时,在开关频率及倍频附近存在幅度较大的谐波电流,电机会产生危害性较大的高频电磁噪声。针对该问题,提出一种改进型随机开关频率SVPWM控制策略,对电机的高频电磁噪声进行抑制。首先,基于逻辑映射混沌序列,设计随机开关频率SVPWM控制策略;其次,在随机开关频率SVPWM的基础上,加入多随机周期数和特定载波频率段限制技术,改进随机开关频率SVPWM控制策略;最后,采用多物理场耦合法验证改进随机开关频率SVPWM控制策略。结果表明:与传统SVPWM控制策略相比,改进型随机开关频率SVPWM控制策略对电机开关频率附近的高频电磁噪声具有一定的抑制效果,平均声压级降低了2.53 dB。

     

    Abstract: When the frequency converter adopts the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) control strategy to modulate, there is a large amplitude harmonic current near the switching frequency and its double frequency, which will produce high-frequency electromagnetic noise with greater harm. To solve this problem, an improved random switching frequency SVPWM control strategy is proposed to suppress the high-frequency electromagnetic noise of the motor. Firstly, a random switching frequency SVPWM control strategy is designed based on logically mapped chaotic sequences; secondly, on the basis of random switching frequency SVPWM, the control strategy is improved by adding multi-random cycle numbers and specific carrier frequency segment limitation technology; finally, the multi-physics coupling method is used to verify the improved random switching frequency SVPWM control strategy. The results show that compared with the traditional SVPWM control strategy, the improved random switching frequency SVPWM control strategy has a significant effect on reducing the high-frequency electromagnetic noise near the switching frequency of the motor, and the average sound pressure level is reduced by 2.53 dB.
