炉管泄漏对管壁声振动的影响及其泄漏声信号特征研究

Effect of furnace tube leakage on the acoustic vibration of pipe wall and the characteristics of its leak acoustic signal

  • 摘要: 对锅炉管道的泄漏进行实时的监测和定位,可以避免更大事故的发生。文章利用Ansys软件对管道泄漏口附近的声振动情况进行了流固耦合仿真计算,得出了泄漏喷流对于管壁声振动的影响规律和在管外产生声辐射的基本特征。发现:管壁声振动在喷流方向最强烈;管外声辐射的声压级随管道内压的增大而增大,在内压为0.3~0.5 MPa时,管口附近声压级在20~60 dB之间,管外声辐射频率与泄漏口径大小有关,声压级峰值处的频率随口径的增大而降低。

     

    Abstract: Real-time monitoring and positioning of boiler pipeline leakage can well avoid the occurrence of larger accidents. In this paper, Ansys software is used to simulate the acoustic vibration near the pipeline leakage port, and the influence rule of the leakage jet on the acoustic vibration of pipe wall and the basic acoustic radiation characteristics generated outside the pipe are obtained. It is found that the acoustic vibration of pipe wall is the strongest in the jet direction; when the internal pressure is 0.3-0.5 MPa, the sound pressure level near the pipe mouth is between 20-60dB, the sound radiation frequency outside the pipe is related to the size of the leakage aperture, and the peak frequency of the sound pressure level decreases with the increase of the aperture.
