Abstract:
In order to explore the influence of the frictional noise in wiper-windshield system on the interior sound quality, the frictional noise in wiper-windshield system of a new energy vehicle under different working conditions is collected and analyzed. Based on the objective parameters of sound quality, objective evaluation indicators such as loudness and sharpness of the frictional noise in the system are calculated. The subjective evaluation results are obtained by the semantic subdivision method, and the sound quality prediction model of friction noise in the system is established based on the support vector machine. The results show that the noise generated in the wiper reversal process is the main factor affecting the interior sound quality, and the sound quality prediction model is effective. The research results provide a reference for the sound quality control of frictional noise in wiperwindshield system.
