Abstract:
Valve leakage threatens the safe operation of pressure pipeline systems. Based on the theory of acoustic analogy, the steady-state and unsteady-state simulated calculations for flow field and sound field of valve leakage in pressure pipeline are carried out by using Fluent fluid simulation software. The results show that the vortex in the valve leakage field is directly related to the noise, the sound field signal in the valve leakage is a wide band random signal, the sound field intensity in the valve leakage field is greater than that in the water valve, and the sound pressure level increases with the increase of working pressure, and increases first and then decreases with the valve leakage rate and the transverse distance after the valve. This paper has important reference value for noise prediction and valve leakage detection.
