干式空心滤波电抗器降噪技术研究与实施

Research and implementation of noise reduction techniques for dry type hollow filter reactors

  • 摘要: 针对干式空心电抗器的运行噪声问题,研究总结出一系列的降噪解决方案,并分别予以试制和试验验证。研究过程首先对干式空心电抗器噪声产生机理进行了研究,然后根据其噪声特点分别提出五种降噪措施,通过试品试制、试验验证及分析,不断改进设计方案并完成低噪声干式空心电抗器的设计。最终通过对该低噪声电抗器的性能试验测试,验证了此项降噪方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: A series of noise reduction solutions to dry type hollow reactor is developed, and they have been trial-manufactured and put into effect. In this paper, the noise generation mechanism of dry hollow reactor is studied, and five noise reduction measures are put forward according to noise characteristics. The design of low noise dry type hollow reactor has been improved continuously through trial production, test and analysis. Finally, the effectiveness of the noise reduction technique is verified by performance tests.
