民用机场航空噪声测量技术要点探讨

Discussion on key points of aviation noise measurement technology around civil airport

  • 摘要: 现行《机场周围飞机噪声环境标准》(GB 9660-88)和《机场周围飞机噪声测量方法》(GB 9661-88) 制定较早,随着飞机噪声影响范围扩大并涉及城市化区域,网格法布点、环境背景和气象条件、多航路和多跑道条件下飞行事件识别、计算架次等规定已不尽适用,另外标准对测点位置的要求较为原则。本文以真实反映航空噪声的影响程度为原则,通过文献资料调研、数据和案例分析、经验总结等方法,对监测方案制定、测点设置、航空噪声识别、计算架次和监测周期等技术要点进行了分析研究。

     

    Abstract: The current "Standard of Aircraft Noise for Environment Around Airport" (GB 9661-88) and "Measurement of Aircraft Noise Around Airport" (GB 9661-88) were developed earlier. With the expansion of the impact range of aircraft noise into urbanized areas, provisions regarding location methods based on grids, environmental background and meteorological conditions, aircraft noise event identification, flight count, and other related aspects are no longer applicable. In addition, the standard only provides general requirements for the placement of measuring points. Based on the principle of reflecting the impact degree of aviation noise, this paper analyzes and studies the technical aspects of monitoring scheme formulation, measuring point setting, aviation noise recognition, flight count, and monitoring periods through literature research, data and case analysis, and experience summary.
