套管两侧介质声阻抗的超声回波约束反演方法

Ultrasonic echo constrained inversion method for acoustic impedance of medium on both sides of the casing pipe

  • 摘要: 在石油开发勘探过程中,评估地层和套管之间环空水泥胶结质量非常重要。传统的超声脉冲回波信号处理技术是基于对共振波幅度或群延时曲线的特征分析。由于共振波幅度和群延时特征易受套管内流体的影响,需要选取自由套管超声信号进行校准,所以在应用中受到较大的限制。根据超声回波时域信号对套管内、外介质声阻抗具有的不同响应特点,文章提出了利用超声回波信号进行套管两侧介质声阻抗的约束反演方法,并开展了超声实验,针对2种规格套管,6种内、外声阻抗组合,共计12种情况进行了测量,最后应用所提出的约束反演方法处理测量回波信号,得到套管两侧介质的声阻抗,结果与实际情况相符。

     

    Abstract: In the process of oil exploration, it is important to accurately evaluate the quality of the cement bond in the annular region between the rock layer and the casing pipe. The traditional ultrasonic pulse echo signal processing technology is based on the characteristic analysis of resonance wave amplitude or group delay curve. Since the resonance wave amplitude and group delay characteristics are easily affected by the fluid in the casing pipe, it is necessary to choose the ultrasonic signal of the free pipe casing for calibration, so it is greatly limited in the application. According to the different response characteristics of ultrasonic echo signal in time domain to the acoustic impedance of the inner and outer medium of the casing pipe, a constrained inversion method of ultrasonic echo signal is proposed in this paper, and ultrasonic experiments are carried out. A total of 12 cases are measured for 2 specifications of casing pipe and 6 combinations of internal and external acoustic impedance. Finally,the proposed constraint inversion method is applied to process the measured echo signal, and the acoustic impedance of the medium on both sides of the pipe is obtained, and the results are consistent with the actual parameters.
