Abstract:
Real-time monitoring and positioning of boiler pipeline leakage can well avoid the occurrence of larger accidents. In this paper, Ansys software is used to simulate the acoustic vibration near the pipeline leakage port, and the influence rule of the leakage jet on the acoustic vibration of pipe wall and the basic acoustic radiation characteristics generated outside the pipe are obtained. It is found that the acoustic vibration of pipe wall is the strongest in the jet direction; when the internal pressure is 0.3-0.5 MPa, the sound pressure level near the pipe mouth is between 20-60dB, the sound radiation frequency outside the pipe is related to the size of the leakage aperture, and the peak frequency of the sound pressure level decreases with the increase of the aperture.
